Privacy Agreement

This Privacy Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Kynes Biotic Instrument, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("User" or "you"), collectively referred to as "Parties." This Agreement governs your use of the Kynes Biotic Instrument, Inc. mobile application, Biotic OS ("App"), and outlines our privacy practices and policies.

We may collect certain personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") from you when you use our App. This may include, but is not limited to:

1.3Device and Installation Data

Because the App monitors and controls your Biotic Instruments hardware, we collect data from the devices and installations you connect, including device identifiers and status, sensor readings (such as moisture, light, and temperature), irrigation and lighting schedules and history, and the sites or installations you manage. We use this data to operate the App's monitoring and automation features.

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our App, including personalized features and content.

We may use your email address to send you important updates, newsletters, marketing materials, or other information.

2.4Billing and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, we use Stripe to process payments. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by us; we retain your subscription status and billing records associated with your account and organization.

We may share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate, maintain, and enhance our services. These include Amazon Web Services (account authentication and cloud infrastructure) and Stripe (payment processing for subscriptions). We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your Personal Information. You may also choose to opt out of receiving marketing communications from us.
